The fear of greasiness prompts many oily-skinned women to skip sunscreen. The end result – brown spots, pigmentation and freckles resulting from sun exposure. Hence opt for a gel-based sunscreen or a best sunscreen for oily skin, that will leave your face matte and offer adequate sun protection. Stay away from junk and sugary foods; drink lots of water to stay hydrated and flush out toxins, eat at least one fruit daily and include green, leafy veggies in your diet. All these together will regulate the amount of oil that your skin produces.

பீட்ரூட் ஜூஸ் குடித்தால் 

'உயர் ரத்த அழுத்தப் பிரச்னை உள்ளவர்கள் பீட்ரூட் ஜூஸ் குடித்தால் ரத்த அழுத்தத்தைக் கட்டுக்குள் வைக்கலாம்' என்கிறது 'ஹைப்பர்டென்ஷன் (hypertension)' என்ற மருத்துவ இதழ். உயர் ரத்த அழுத்த நோயாளிகளுக்கு 250 மி.லி பீட்ரூட் ஜூஸ் கொடுத்து பிரிட்டனில் ஆராய்ச்சி நடத்தினர். 24 மணி நேரத்தில் ரத்த அழுத்தம் கணிசமாகக் குறைந்தது.

பீட்ரூட்டில் நைட்ரேட் அதிகமாக உள்ளது. வேர்கள் மூலம் மண்ணிலிருந்து இது நைட்ரேட்டைப் பெறுகிறது. இந்த நைட்ரேட் நம் உடலில் நைட்ரிக் ஆக்சைடாக மாறுகிறது. இது ரத்தக்குழாய்களை விரியச் செய்து, ரத்த ஓட்டத்தை இயல்பாக்குகிறது. எனவே ரத்த அழுத்தம் குறைகிறது. கோஸ், பீன்ஸ், கீரைகள் போன்ற காய்கறிகளும் உயர் ரத்த அழுத்தத்துக்கு மருந்தாகின்றன.

hair beauty tips




food control:
  •  Normal Hair: Fish, chicken, dals, sprouts.
  •  Dry Hair: Raw vegetables, pulses, brown rice, bananas, nuts, vitamin E capsules.
  •  Oily Hair: Green leafy vegetables, salads, fresh fruits, yogurt.
  • For dry hair: Choose one doesn’t further strip your hair of its natural oils.
  • For Oily hair: Choose one that works on limiting the activity of your oily scalp




 
  1. An itchy scalp can be a result of poor diet, stress or climate. Treat it with a mixture of 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, olive oil and water.
      2.Massage your scalp with this mixture and allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
  • Wash off as usual.
     3. Treat frizzy hair by massaging a mashed avocado into hair
 

     4. Hair fall is an ever existent problem in out lives. And it constantly captures our attention! We are unable   to think of anything. Aleo Vera is a perfect for healing the scalp and bringing the pH balance to normal. It also has cleansing properties that cleans the pores out.

    5.Blend aloe vera gel with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Add 2tbsp. coconut oil.
  • Mix it and apply on your scalp and hair.
  • Wash your hair as usual after 20 min.

    6.Mix Indigo in warm water and allow it to sit for 15 mins.
  • Apply Henna paste on hair for 25 mins and wash off.
  • Add salt to the Indigo paste and apply to hair.
  • Leave it on for 2 hours wrapped in a shower cap.
  • Rinse after.
